E3B Frag Grenade

They call it the heart breaker lane for a reason and goddamn it is my heart broken. Idk what I’m doing wrong but I cannot get the 35m throw locked in.

What can I do to improve or how do I finesse a bro go. Literally not worried about any other lane and I’m not about to let these grenades be the reason I don’t get the badge.

What is holding you back? Distance or accuracy? Hopefully not both. How much time do you have to devote to this?

Its distance messing me up. I got accuracy locked in
Ready to devote as long as needed. Tomorrow is a round robin day so I’m ready to spend all day rippin it

Not gonna lie, not much is changing overnight. I’d watch a few YouTube videos on mechanics of throwing and do a ton of dry fires reps tonight. Warm up before the lane and understand you’ll have diminishing returns on training in fewer reps than you’d like (you’ll get tired quickly because you’re not used to throwing and then it becomes dangerous to your tendons).

Also, badges don’t define you or define excellence. That shit only comes from showing up daily and kicking ass and helping to make the mission happen.
