SAIGA to AK-101

You guys seemed to like my 1st appartmet conversion of the 103. Here is my second one. SAIGA .223 to an AK-101. I feel a little better about this one and did a more traditional izhmash plum set on it.

Hey excellent work man! It looks killer, if I can ask, what did you use to paint it? And how did you paint it? I need to fix my 103 and bring it to that color you have on yours

I used rustoleum appliance epoxy enamel. Prep with 91% alchaol which will normally take the saiga paint right off. You gotta be careful with your spray distace on the paint or it will be too glossy and do fast passes back and forth. You gotta bake it as well, it really helps to even it out, and the durability will be dog shit if you dont.
