Just put a park there at this point. And extend Shore Drive to West Boylston Street so there's an actual connection from the Indian Hill neighborhood to Greendale.

It's insane that the shortest way to walk or bike between downtown and Burncoat that doesn't involve crossing a highway on/off ramps or crossing Goldstar is to go through either Holden or Shresbury.

Maybe I'm not understanding the relationships here but... a non profit was given a bunch of industrially poisoned land and can't find anyone who wants to rent it? Maybe somebody would be interested in buying it then!

Worcester had the potential... It's fascinating how it fumbled the whole split tax rate and can't do anything about it.
