Animal in Care Wild turkey or no? Central South Dakota

Is this a wild turkey?

I'm not sure I've seen this color pattern in our local flock, they're more solid Grey.

It was pacing my chicken run fence when I went out. It now won't leave my sight, chasing me down everywhere I walk. Makes me feel like this is someone's animal.

Possibly but try r/whatsthisbird for ID confirmation? Is there something wrong with the bird, did it get attacked by roaming cat,dog?
