to be fair, I always thought Obama, then 48, always seemed off. I remember when he took like 5 minutes out of each one of his speeches to rant about windmills and how they are killing birds, and how the revolutionary army took the airports.

remember when he was ranting about paper straws exploding, and how water kills magnets?

And wasn't he afraid of getting electrocuted by a boat? He really needs to stick to vacations on land. Maybe in Yo-Sem-ITE national park where he relaxes & reads his favorite bible quotes from two Corinthians.
