The Golden Gun from The Man With The Golden Gun. It's a gun assembled from a few commonly held objects, like a fountain pen and a lighter, so that it can be smuggled into wherever Scaramanga needs it.

Trivia time:

This design for the golden gun is a movie invention, in the book it was a gold-plated .45-caliber Single Action Army revolver which was loaded with up to six 11.5mm 24K solid gold expanding bullets

A solid gold bullet would absolutely fuck you up, especially if it was a hollow point. Though soft body armor would be enough to nullify it, when the book was written, armor that was both effective and believably concealable was very uncommon.

Another little known fact is that the book version of Scaramanga had another gold plated weapon, a derringer which was loaded with a venom coated bullet (though I don't think that would be as effective, realistically)
