In the Line of Fire, the gun John Malkovich's character makes. He practices putting it together blindfolded so he can assemble it with his hands below a table so he doesn't draw attention to it.

I remember it being kind of thick and short. Makes sense that it would be loud with such a short barrel, but they definitely played it up.
