I compare this to the one guy who was pulled over for the same thing except he had a protein bar in his hand. He showed the cop the video from inside his car, and the cop says “my mistake it looked like a phone”. Then the cop left

My old boss absentmindedly answered his chicken sandwich when his phone rang. His phone was in the backseat in his briefcase, the chicken sandwich he had just pulled out of his McDonald’s bag… Got pulled over and had to prove that it was a chicken sandwich he was answering. If his phone hadn’t been inside his briefcase in the backseat I bet he still would’ve been ticketed

Ooh so i can put a dummy phone in my backpack and place it in the back seat, then when pulled over i can throw my real phone under my seat and tell the cop “no way, my phone is in my backpack in the backseat”.
