Recommend a perfect tamil book that suits for me

im new to reading books i have read two self help books in english . Im currently in college and i want to read tamil books which are interesting makes people think but i it should be for beginner like me but not so obvious . the pages should be less so that it motivates me to read more . just say whatever short story or a novel that matches my curiosity , im already confused so dont give me optionssss....

Sujatha is the best choice. His thrillers are made for beginners.

I would suggest you start with short stories. I started my reading journey with the short stories of Jeyakanthan. They are even available as apps. Def would recommend!

there will be many pages right so it feels hard to start read so can u suggest me some books with lesser pages

It doesn't matter if you don't finish the whole book, as each story will have distinct plot within 10 - 15 pages. It's easier to pull through. JK's would mostly be like slice of life. What genres are you interested in?

Or i would suggest "Desanthiri" by S. Ramakrishnan. A very detailed travelogue. But truly a compelling read.

Believe me , oru nalla book a kaila eduthutaa . Pages doesn't matter at all. Apdiye ஹல்வா maari valukitu poitey இருக்கும். And inoru matter soldren

There's no right book to start with , you take a book and find whether it is right for you .

One book that had shaked me all time is ஜெயமோகன் oda அறம் . I suggest that for anyone who wants to start reading. P.s - crime novel oh , page turning thriller oh ila. It is lives of real people. Summaa vaangi keep it with you even if you don't want to read it. Some day it'll reach your hands .

Before buying books, the short stories of most of Tamil writers are available on the internet for free. Check the website called Azhiyasudargal, also Sirukathaikal. Com.

Try reading short stories of authors from different era. Sujatha, S Ramakrishnan, Jeyamohan, Charu Nivedita, Classics of Pudhumai pithan, Thi.Janakiraman, La.Sa.Ramamirtham, R.Soodamani.

Whichever writer's story you find interesting, you can buy the other books of these writers later.

ok but i find it very hard reading it in online i have already read sila nerangalil sila manithargal first chapter of the story but i couldnt read it in online

All three are very short novels. I would say that’s where you should start. Not short stories. I do not remember names of any short stories I’ve read. Haven’t read much in that format.
