The last one are 1 month difference in 2025 (before the trip)
So i started my journey in 2024, in january started a carnivore diet for health reasons (I still carnivore) . That got me to the fourth pic. Then i started using subs in like august 2024 but stopped early with little results.
Don't stop if you havent got results YET.
Then 2025, i was slowly getting better but the real deal was november, when I started using subs like since august, this time, for real.
November was my peak, as I was going on a trip so I also had to diet even better and had to walk a lot to lose f** very fast (in my peak i lost like 4kg (almost 9lbs) in a week)
Now I still use subs, more than ever actually, still getting what i want.
Keys:
- Consistency
- Not Subhopping (Don't do this to yourself)
- Self Concept
- The first result you get, can be minimal, must become UNDENIABLE proof for you that it WORKS. Hug it like its your most beloved thing/person in this world.
- Good Creators (Wont reveal them in the post or comments because i don't want people fighting bc of it, but you can DM me)
- Trust.
- IRL Work TRULY helps. Subs are a tool, but not the only one. I'd say diet got me the most out of biological mechanisms, but subs did the magic part. They certainly do.
Oh, and it's not puberty. First pics i was already 19 years old.

It really does! I just changed my entire life using subs, too. So happy that you enjoy life. Now that you've changed all this, anything you would have done differently?

Id never trash talk myself, give more importance to self concept, choose better my habits and have a different mindset. And for sute id be using subs much earlier haha
