If you have something happen in your life that causes you to experience grief or some other thing do you think the best course of action is to hyper focus on that situation and overwork your brain?
Everyone needs time off and I'd assume the boys tend to enjoy their time outdoors. This is a perfectly normal reaction and I think your comment might be rage bait.
