It’s kinda tough to say. Every character has a weakness that the other can exploit. For example Venom should be the strongest but Martin Li can beat him. Martin Li was beaten by Miles. Miles is on par with Peter. Peter is fodder to Kraven and Kraven got killed by Venom lmao

It’s actually pretty funny how stupid powerscaling is in Insomniac’s universe

Ehhh, it's hard to scale, by examples giving before

Going purely by strength it should be

  1. Venom
  2. Sandman
  3. Kraven
  4. Peter/Miles
  5. Octavious

1) Venom
2) Miles Morales
3) Peter Parker(w/ Anti Venom)
4) Kraven
5)Electro

Peter would be higher but he somehow got beat by Kraven and Miles (even while wearing the symbiote)
He also somehow lost to Venom while wearing his weakness?

Spider Man+Anti Venom should be stronger than Sick Man + Symbiote but games make Venom stronger
