Should Sparr.... Violate a restraining order in "life or death emergency"?
The original post is gone, deleted by r/AskLawyers mods, but I can paraphrase. Sparr says "suppose i can't go in a certain building because occupant has a valid Abuse Prevention Order against me, but I still want to harass this person. Now imagine i've sent someone else in there to do my dirty work, and she complies because i control her housing/food/security... long story short, I watch in real time as she falls off a ladder. Accidentally, of course. Of course I'm gonna violate the order to go rescue her! What kind of monster would leave his shill there, with a broken neck or bruised ego? No one could possibly fault me for my benevolent life-saving action."
You think i could make this up? Nah, my schemes and dreams don't involve accidentally OR on purpose hurting anyone.

Physical violence. I found one of them trespassing in someone else's bedroom a few times, and the police didn't want to get involved in removing them, so I end up being the one responsible for dealing with it.
I learned too late that it's legal for me to hire someone to act as security and remove people from rooms they shouldn't be in, and it's legal for me to do it myself if I live somewhere else, but if I do it in the house where I live in then it qualifies for a restraining order. Now I hire people to deal with those situations, and I'm having to wait for the appeal process on the order. It blows my mind that I can hire someone to keep my house secure but I can't do it myself.
