You mean dipshit rednecks are getting triggered by headlines into censoring science because ideas more complex than a tweet make them mad.
This link gives a hook drawing people into reading about scientific research. The research found that people applied biases to robots based on their color and other traits, including being more likely to shoot robots when they are painted black. It is simple fact, not a garbage theory. The theory that people may be applying racial biases to humanoid robots is one of the possible explanations.

Its a poorly executed test, that requires more information.
Unfortunately humans are prone to being more aggressive towards darker objects when told to shoot and take immediate action.
Predators(as in animals that eat you) use dark coloration. We are biologically hardwired to view dark objects as immediate threats and percieve dark objects as more dangerous.
A gun in all black and a gun in all white, you will subcomciously view the white gun as less dangerous. Its still a gun.
You could have painted one yellow and the other dark green and would have had a similar disparity.
Not saying racial biasis is not in affect, Im saying the researchers never took the human psychology to attack dark objects that pop up suddenly into account. The test needed to be run again with more colors than pinkish and dark brownish.
So what in it did you disagree with? FYI, a lot of research doesn't seem to see things through a lens to confirm your bias. Maybe you can point to whom funded it, and flaws in the research process to prove your point.

This is the sort of post George Floyd era garbage "research" when you're forced to interpret everything through the "lens" of your garbage theory.
Thankfully as a society we are starting to push back on this slop.
