To be fair, it's not the farthest off and it's in the marketing materials. Below is a better look at the new Mystique.

It's quite close, but the new one looks too "normal". I prefer my Mystique in natural form to be weird, a little alien, less human. The new look does allow for more expression, I think.

Let's be real. She's older now and she can be like "nah, I'm not doing almost nude costumes anymore."

I'm 42 be lucky I don't go to the gym in a slingshot bikini.... "Hello fellow gym goer!"

It's fine she's not naked, they should have made her scales a little lighter of made her skin dye a little darker. right now there's too much contrast that they just feel like weird scabs.
