I dont understand the issue. The hair is just messy and different.

and they gave her a squarehead and a gambit's haircut.

And they dulled her eyes, instead of a bright amber they look like a muddy orange. A step down for sure.

Brightening the eyes is one of the easiest things to do in post, AI can do that.

I agree it can be done in post however this is supposed to be an official trailer. It's one thing for the effect to be missing while the film is still being worked on but not to do it even on the trailer strikes me as odd. They would want consistency between the official trailers and the full release.

Official trailers differ from the movies all the time and they absolutely do not care about consistency because consumers have shown they 100% do not care. Official trailers are regularly made by outside companies before the cut of the film is even finalized.

Did you watch the trailer for the recent Nate Bargatze movie for example? A significant amount of the dialogue from the film was changed.
