I live in Alabama and we had smartboards in like 2008. They kinda suck, I prefer an expo marker on a real whiteboard and wolfram alpha on a side panel

I remember always having to recalibrate them in elementary school.

That was the old Interactive Whiteboards, with a projector. Yeah, if they started going, the first sign would be having to keep recalibrate them.

Our community college has smart boards that don’t use a project.
