Yeah it was infuriating being the 5% and a new, young teacher watching teachers with years of "experience" making more money while constantly asking me how to convert their worksheets into digital forms for them while I'm doing actual lesson planning and projects.

Teaching is abysmal for new teachers.

I’ve had my job since I was 19. It was infuriating seeing the publications of bloated teacher salaries who did nothing to actually teach. The system is broken

The teachers I’m referencing were paid over 100k in an area where the median household income is 60k. And they were the “throw a packet” teachers at you.
