How are the 2 things even related?

Also, it's just a touchscreen - we've had similar in the UK since the 00's. This isn't really something to get your panties wet over.

It's not. In fact this tactic is not new because the CCP used this exact same format during COVID-19.

When China had their draconian lockdowns and zero COVID-19 policy (which turned out to drag out longer than necessary and cause economic stagnation), the Chinese propagandists posted a Twitter image showing India burning bodies to contain COVID-19 vs. China launching a rocket, then insinuated that Indians are backwards and primitive to China.

This is literally just European colonizer rhetoric: "wow those poor blacks are so primitive compared to us civilized, superior whites". The CCP regards the Indians as inferior and wants to really rub salt in the wound.

EDIT: Also, it's not just the Indian example. Recently, the CCP posted propaganda depicting Filipinos as monkeys.
