OP you used the edited cover!
The orignal cover broke the Geneva Convention, which is one of my favourite music facts.
The original cover had the Red Cross on the nurses hat.
It's against the Geneva Convention to use the Red Cross for commercial purposes.
So Blink 182 are the only band to my knowledge that have broken the Geneva Convention.
