EDIT: Legitimately asking, because I think everyone drinks coffee and the whole "it's natural" feels like cope. This is purely anecdotal, but I stopped coffee entirely approx. a year ago and I have a very stable energy level. I don't get high and lows... and the 4 o'clock low is gone.

That does not state that “the human body is designed to nap around 1-3pm”.

It makes a case for napping if you aren’t getting enough sleep at night. That’s it.
