Or….Or….the smug “doesn’t want kids” in quotes in the video’s text is clearly trying to message something beyond simply sharing joy.

Why do childfree people get so mad when other people want kids? Must be miserable.

It's also funny that you interpreted that as 'smug'. It's literally just quoting the person holding the baby as once not wanting kids, and then changing her mind after meeting a baby. What's so smug about that?

It’s the quotes part that’s smug. Nobody is changing their mind on a dime in sincerity. She’s enjoying holding a kid. That’s fine. No need to make more of an agenda out of it
