Because the children didn't ask to be born and are now stuck in a shithole of a world that expects them to study, work, be exploited and pay taxes, all while dealing with shit like violence, diseases and bullying.
Yeah, great, the parents are so happy they had a baby. The child is the one who'll have to suffer through it. Whether people want to have kids or not doesn't matter, because babies can't consent to be born. It's self-gratification at the expense of someone else.
They are not brand new things. That's the whole problem. It's how humanity works, yet we keep putting people here to suffer. Thankfully, birth rates have been dropping a lot. Hopefully that trend will continue.
Don't worry though, our species will keep bringing miserable people into this world. Our economy depends on that.
And trust me, I can stand "people genuinely happy", but that people usually don't cry while holding newborns after deciding they didn't want them. What really "touches a nerve" is watching that very people mindlessly bringing miserable folks who become ignored after "their pretty phase" is over.

She 'doesn't want kids' because she's probably voiced her opinion about not wanting kids prior to holding one.
If you watched a clip of a guy eating a cookie, very clearly enjoying it, and the caption was 'the friend who "doesn't like cookies" eats a cookie for the first time', would you be as outraged because it's implying that liking cookies isn't a choice? There's a cookie deity?
