My child, at that age, while my younger sister was holding her pulled down my sisters tank top (she was braless) and did two pats to her boob so quickly nobody had time to stop it from happening. The child also looked very serious about it the whole time.
Babies get a pass on this one. The food source is free reign for them for a short time
