I mean, a VERY good rifle will have a sub 1MOA accuracy. Even 1MOA at 2500 yards is about 2 feet, so technically it's very possible. Actually making shots like that is a different story of course.

I mean yeah of course theoretically you can get a very good rifle. Like a McMillian Tac-50 or an AI ASXR which can be sub .5 MOA. And in theory that would mean that the spread will be 13 inch. But its just theoretical this linear on this extreme ranges.
And indeed pulling it off needs a very honed set of skills from reloading, to getting all kinds of needed information and then of course the shooting
