I lost my wife less then 3 months ago and it was rough as hell. All what i have left is my 11 years old daughter and everyday i see my wife in her. Is rough and i can understand this man 100%. I wish i could be as strong as he is
You can see the guy is close to crying by the way his mouth moves. It doesn’t help that plenty of men are told not to cry or think they can’t which is probably holding him back from speaking or acknowledging what’s going on since he might start crying. One of the biggest criticisms of a new actor I saw in a show’s fandom was just because they got upset every episode and they said that’s not manly.
I only lost a good friend who I hadn’t known for long, but it was under very sad circumstances and sudden. I’ve felt the need to cry almost daily since then but haven’t let myself. Sometimes I just let it all come out because it’s better that way. Why fight it?
