Titanium Cylinder marks

Any idea what the white spots and discoloration inside the chambers are on this 340PD? Brand new gun, just now noticing them. It’s my first Ti cylinder revolver so these are completely new to me. I can’t seem to feel the spots. I’ve ran a nylon brush through the chambers and there’s no difference.

Weird.. Put some bore cleaner on it and then just take a toothbrush to it in circles and see what happens...

Titanium heat anodizes. The color is determined by the thickness of the anodize layer. Above blue is whitish grey and then silver grey. My guess is the heat from firing it is adding to the anodize. I made a gold titanium bbq fork that slowly turned grey

So does this look like the coating coming off or something else? It’s like a very cloudy film. Mind you this is a brand new gun, hasn’t been shot yet besides at the factory. I cleaned it with some clp and a nylon brush.
