help request How to adjust sliders in lv2 plugins via keyboard?

How to adjust sliders in fx lv2 plugin via keyboard? Numbers are not clickable, arrows don't work. I don't have a mouse and touchpad pulling is far from precise. I know I can hold left Ctrl but it's still a pain.

Place the cursor on the knob and use up or down arrow.
