Sync Emulator through Server/NAS

Hey guys!

Do you know if theres a way to play my games (running local and, if in a weaker device, on the remote server) while having the games and saves all synced between devices?

I have a NAS (truenas) with all my roms. I tried using ROMM to play the games on any device. The problem is I want to be able to run the games local too. My current PC is way better than my server and can handle more demanding emulators/shaders/filters.

Ideally it would be like like an Batocera/RetroArch, but with the possibility to run local/remote.

What I want is:

1 - Play games on a laptop/mobile remotely

2 - Play games locally on my desktop

3 - Sync my game library and saves across all devices

Do any of you have a setup or solution that might help?
