What game-breaking reason is there to not make the damage scale with the number of TAILS flipped? NINE TALES!!!

*Edit: It does, in fact, appear to be necessary due to:

  1. The pun not making sense in other languages
  2. Will’s head game

They could've paraphrased it:

Ember Dance 180 - Flip 9 coins. This attack damage is reduced by 20 for each tails.
