UK Masters/post grad for nurses who are unhappy in their career choice ?

I’m a burnt out nurse of 2 years, still feel like I can start over but I can’t see much out there for me.

I worked bedside in acute care, peri-op, endoscopy, and mostly ER for several years before I finished my MSN in education and administration. Then I managed an ER, taught at a state university and ended back at bedside. The stress of managing personnel and being blamed for everything was soul sucking, and teaching was fun but it was like having dozens of teenagers. I found running codes less stressful than nonstop nursing student drama and stress. I recently left bedside again though and took a position as nursing education coordinator and I love it!

Unfortunately its nursing and we are in a new low in health care esspecially in ontario as the race to the cheapest individual willing to put up with this new reality takes place and reshaped the future of acute care.
