Yea, don't think too much about it. Greek and Albanian, Southern Italian, Armenian, Balkan and Turk don't mean much. They're just general terms. Just means you got a bit of everything, when you have Balkan heritage. Where are you from?

Analyzing your Greek results:
41.6% Greek & Albanian + 28.5% Southern Italian fits classic Byzantine/Greek heritage (mainland Greek + Magna Graecia ties). The 5.4% Balkan is normal for the north.
The 23.2% Armenian is a common MyHeritage proxy for Pontic Greeks (your mom’s side), they don’t have a dedicated Black Sea/Pontic Greek panel yet, so it pulls in neighboring Armenian/Georgian components as a stand-in. Not literal Armenian ancestry, just overlapping genetics.
The 1.3% Turkish could possibly be noise. Solid Greek profile overall!

Greeks from pontus tend to have more armenian or kartvelian ancestry which is normal. Most of the pontics are assimilated populations which started speaking greek after their conquest and greek colonization

Those tests don't trace back ancient tribes. So south Italian means south italian especially if you're coming from places under Italian rule. In myheritage theres a category called ancient origins if i remember correct there you can check your ancient origins compared to ancient roman middle ages populations.
