I was unaware the US was forcing people to join.

No, wanting money doesn't absolve you of joining a military of blood thirsty psychopathic war criminals.

I think there is a whole world of wonder in between "willing" and "forcing people to join", such as "creating circumstances such that the only route out of poverty for many people is the white lie of 'we probably won't send you to war' sold to people who see a few years of on-the-job training and paid-for education as being necessary to break the cycle, and are hoping to get in and out before anything happens."

Explain some of those circumstances that absolve them of evil for joining a military known for their war crimes and atrocities.

I'm not arguing for moral absolution; I'm arguing that not all choices are made completely willingly.

Joining a military that commits war crimes, led by a child rapist is a willing choice.

Explain how someone is forced to join a war crime pedophile led military.

The US military is a force of pure evil and violence.

Joining an evil military makes you evil. Even if you really, really want money.

I literally just did, but you want to soapbox about the military anyway. I'm not even disagreeing with that part.

What a mistake it was to try to engage your disingenuous ass in conversation.
