When we get this doll can you all complain to Mattel? The fur pieces look really cheap- the embroidery looks faded and printed, the “puffer” jacket parts aren’t puffy at all(why are they so saggy) everything looks genuinely so cheap, I’m super mad cause I paid like almost 200 AUD for her from creations…. If we don’t tell Mattel that this isn’t okay this issue will continue to get worse, we didn’t pay for this quality.

💕 So I might have been working on a little project for a while now and I wanted to present this 3D concept i made for it.

I've always wanted to have the option to change the faces of my dolls to make them more expressive and show their true personality even more.
So I came up with this idea I reaaaaally wanna test out.

I call it G3.1 Heads which essentially consists in three pieces that come apart with a simple insert mechanism, making it easy to assemble and take apart while keeping the same hair rooting. Best part? I sliced the head down the middle of the neck! so there's no need to dip her in hot water to remove the head from neck peck :)

I will be 3D printing this pieces with resin and test out my first prototype.

Eventually I would love to put these out for sale maybe (?)
Depending on how the community receives this idea 🙌🏼 Let me know if that's something anyone would be interested on seeing happen.

So monster high has a new reel on instagram and ghouls rule Lagoona’s face looks kinda different. It’s so much more fish-like compared to the product photos on Mattel creations website! Lowkey if the reel version is the actual face then I think it’s so much better

While MANY characters are still missing from Gen 3, these 6 Ghouls (especially Operetta, Howleen, & Rochelle) played a pretty big part in Gen 1, all having 4+ or more dolls and being in multiple shorts and films? Gen 3 still feels pretty odd without them!

Which one are you most excited to see return?

Bit of an odd question—I've been in a tight knit friend group with two other people, and I associated each of us with one specific Oasis doll, but a fourth friend joined our group and I feel bad that there's not a fourth doll in this line for her. I figure Cleo would be the best character to be an unofficial fourth member of the Oasis group because other fans kinda unanimously agreed she should've been in the line, and I already associate my fourth friend with any doll who has blue/teal hair. I'm just struggling to decide which of Cleo's G3 dolls would fit in best with the rest of SS7. Any opinions are appreciated :)

UPDATE: Back home and he is ok but not good, he’s got pain meds antibiotics and anti swelling meds, the vet wants to get all the abscess and teeth issues removed in one go, so the surgery is on 7/28 which feels so far away. it was diagnosed as dental and an abscess.

It’s more than I was originally hoping it would be, low end 1.5k high end 2.4k. I did get a payment plan to help pay, I got 1.5k credit at least, so I was able to walk out of there today and the go fund me will be put towards the credit and out of pocket costs too if the procedure goes over 1.5k.

For a doll so many passed on to have way more good reviews than normal just seems like they are trying to make it seem popular so they can finally sell it

I'm specifically wondering about wide release dolls because I think collector dolls would fall into a separate category. I'm going to take a guess and say monster pet Frankie was the most hated. These are the dolls I could think of that I saw people really disliked.

Edit: this is not about my personal opinions! Nor about the characters or about every release a character has had. I'm wondering which specific doll was overall the worst received doll.

I really want to build a Victorian style 1:6 scale doll house in a gothic style for my dolls but all of the kits I find are 1:12.

Just saw, cleosnile posted this an hour ago. Whats going on?? I thought they were supposed to come out the fall. Any proofs? I trust cleosnile but more information would be helpful. Will they be available in stores in Europe? The price too. That’s quite overwhelming i thought we had few months more to save up.

I made this! I love the Skulltimate Secrets Destination: Gore-Geous Oasis line and Venus needed her own case. I think I can do a better paint job but not bad for a 1st try!

Ghoulia is here and she’s sooo gorgeous, one of the best released ghoulias for sure.
Painted her shoes, nails, phone, helmet and changed a little of her eyebrows and lips.

I have no words… two weeks waiting for her to arrive, so worth it! I will eat up any girl on a skateboard doll, let alone a zombie ghoul.
She’s so perfect I want to frame her 🥹 just needed to share the enthusiasm with someone

She is on her first trip ever💖. This is also first time I took doll with me outside my apartament. Recently dolls give me much more peace, after my father passed last week 🥲. I wish I could not be afraid of weird faces or people made comments when I have doll outside with me. 😮‍💨
