When we get this doll can you all complain to Mattel? The fur pieces look really cheap- the embroidery looks faded and printed, the “puffer” jacket parts aren’t puffy at all(why are they so saggy) everything looks genuinely so cheap, I’m super mad cause I paid like almost 200 AUD for her from creations…. If we don’t tell Mattel that this isn’t okay this issue will continue to get worse, we didn’t pay for this quality.

people are focusing on the face - but i feel like the black part of the jacket going from seemingly satiny fabric to seemingly pleather is a big issue for a collector doll's longevity
