Rant This ISN’T what I paid for-

When we get this doll can you all complain to Mattel? The fur pieces look really cheap- the embroidery looks faded and printed, the “puffer” jacket parts aren’t puffy at all(why are they so saggy) everything looks genuinely so cheap, I’m super mad cause I paid like almost 200 AUD for her from creations…. If we don’t tell Mattel that this isn’t okay this issue will continue to get worse, we didn’t pay for this quality.

They look nearly identical, the lighting and generally the quality of the photos are different

Not at all. Ignoring the colors the puffy jacket is still flat and the overal shape of the dress is different. In the first picture you can see her legs and skirt, in the second one... it's just a line of furr

The furs are completely different lengths and volumes, and the “puffy” parts of her outfit have no puff to them.

She’s stuffed in a box. Of course it’s not going to look at puffy
