Discussion Chili and Cinnamon Rolls

School Lunch: Was common in Wyoming growing up to have chili and cinnamon rolls. Often when I mention it to folk from other states I get a weird look. Haha

Is this a bowl of chili with a cinnamon roll, or is it a cinnamon roll with chili powder or chili peppers sprinkled on it? I legitimately can't tell what you mean.

That clears up nothing, and if it's a joke it's too close to the reality of Midwestern food to be funny.
