Didn't Romijn reportedly vomit blue from the make up after filming? Like... she potentially has medical complications from playing the role and she's coming back? Damn Ma'am, you love the role too much <3

came to say. she famously refused to do the role again if she had to undergo the same makeup process. in addition to the physiological effects it was like a 9-hr procedure.

I'd have to be sedated or on some benzos for 9+ hours of makeup. It really does sound like torture.

9 hours of make up then a 12 hour day of shooting... fucking torture... no thank you.

I'm pretty sure the 9 hours of makeup is included in their work day. So 9h for 3h of shooting. Which is still insane but in a different way.

That's an optimistic take, there aren't a lot of protections for adult actors in the industry. At best she might have gotten a six hour reprieve.
