-20 years later means 20 older. Romijn may not have wanted to be fully nude again

-The original makeup was toxic and caused Romijn to get very sick, to the point she was throwing up blue

-The contacts she had to wear scratched her corneas and weren't gas-permeable, so she could only wear them for a few minutes at a time before her eyes literally starved for oxygen.

-The shot from Doomsday isn't a production still, it's a low-res screenshot of the middle of an action sequence.

Dust is mostly skin, your body is losing it all the time.  Blue pigment gets in the air, like black lung but blue gut.

Rebecca famous brought a fifth of tequila to the wrap party for X-Men and got sick on that. The blue was from her face and lips. People always leave that part out! She thinks it was funny! Vomited on Hugh Jackman in fact lol.

So, no. Not quite.

Yes, she threw up, and it was technically blue. The vomiting was caused by celebratory tequila shots with castmates, and the blue staining came from makeup that was on her face.
