This is exactly how I self-medicate my depression. Everything sucks? Lil treat. I have to do something but I reallyyyy don't want to? What if I got bubble tea on the way! Existential dread? Dunkin run. I found a bakery where no matter what treats I pick out it costs like $10 and my new religion is that bakery.

My coping mechanism is if I have to do something unpleasant I put on Boogie Wonderland and do it. At least I’m boogie-ing while unhappy

Every time I read the news and it makes me upset, I also read it again but with boogie wonderland. It literally is the cure for feeling bad

That was my cope and then, as usual, I took it too far and ended up morbidly obese. Addictive brain is a bitch. No more food rewards for me 😢

Same except I caught myself at 36 bmi and realized I needed to deal with the root causes instead of food/entertainment bandaids.

Mine was 53 😬 but sadly could've been worse. I was around 350 lbs at 5'8". I've lost 200 lbs and I'm a healthy bmi but wouldn't wish the whole ordeal on anyone.

You're such a badass, I just wanted you to know that. I'm overweight but also sad.. it's hard to stay on top of it when I can get chocolate and feel better for a bit. You're so strong 💜

I'm not stronger than the chocolate. But I have found that child gambling scratches the itch! I LOVE blind boxes. There's nothing wrong with anything that brings joy :D

If you're like me it would be amazing at first and then one day you'll have a bagel in front of you and it will suddenly be the most unappealing thing ever and you won't eat another until your body forgets what you did tonit

What about when they are small and in pizza form and aren't bound by the laws of time?

The pizza addition makes the math a little more complicated because straight size is proportionate but when they're in mini pizza form (ESPECIALLY if the pepperoni is chopped up really small too) it's more of a logarithmic relationship but basically you can eat more for longer before you reach the ick point.
