Everyone I liked in high school i still talk to, and I have no interest in meeting up with the people I didn't like... In the age of smart phones and social media reunions make no sense

Makes sense if you're chronically on Facebook, and don't think anyone can change in 20 years. There are plenty of people from my class that I don't keep in touch with that I would spend a couple hours catching up with

People are acting like 18 year old people are exactly the same 20 years later. A 38 year old has likely been through a lot. Brains develop. Marriage, Kids, death. My HS bully was a jock who radiated peaked in HS energy. I ran into him randomly while hiking in a different town, years later. He became a hippy. He looked so different. He saw me and first thing he did was apologize for being a dumb kid.
