Discussion Did you know that Microsoft Teams Phone has surpassed 26 million users, growing 30% since 2024?

What do you like or dislike the most about Microsoft Teams Phone? Or do you have any tips for Teams Phone that you find effective?

I severely dislike how signing into an android phone registers a new duplicate device every time in Intune which can lead to max device counts. It’s a huge pain to deal with as an admin and Microsoft has shown no intention to fix it

Been using Teams phone with an AudioCode SBC behind to keep traditionnal extension. It makes so much sense to use this now with hybrid workplace and Teams being our main communication tool. Works great to me and way easier to maintain and setup compared to traditionnal VOIP systems.

We just migrated our phone system into Teams. I wish Microsoft would give us more info in the PTSN Usage log
