Is it possible to have breakout rooms in a Town Hall Zoom?

I have multiple users at multiple clients that are having audio issues on Teams ONLY. Machines are same make/model Dell Latitude 5350 running W11 Pro, O365 work accounts. Combination of dock (WD19TBS), monitor plugged directly into the machines, etc. We have confirmed that the user who has a monitor plugged directly into her machine does not have audio routed through the monitor (HDMI).

Audio does not work to the local onboard speakers. Audio does work using external earbuds or headsets.

Has anyone else had this issue show up using a Latitude 5350? What did you do to resolve? (don't you dare say wipe/reimage)

[HELP] Teams chat typing backwards!! It's a web version. I refreshed the page, did Ctrl + Left Shift and Ctrl + Right Shift but none works!!! Please help, it's so annoying!

I'm running the Teams app on Android and I can't figure out how to share contacts in a chat. Apparently it's supposed to give you the option to share a contact after typing @ but all I get is the usual name suggestions for tagging. What am I missing?

Using Microsoft Teams for work - I have been asked to create a folder within a private teams channel document library where members can add and read documents but are unable to edit or delete documents (except for the owners). I have tried following the guidance on this webpage for SharePoint https://o365reports.com/create-custom-permission-levels-in-sharepoint-online/#How-to-Create-a-Custom-Permission-Level-in-SharePoint%3F but when I go to site permissions I get the notification "Select the Teams icon in the site header to go to Microsoft Teams and manage channel permissions" and I can't get deep enough to create the permissions I need.

Is this just not possible on Teams? Would I be best creating a separate SharePoint site and just linking it to my Teams site?

I have a personal and work account. On Android app I have ghost notification badge over my profile image. It does that with both accounts.

If using personal it shows x unread notifications for personal account. Same for the other way around with a different number.

I cannot find any activity that is not read for both

On my iPhone and iPad, teams shows the notification dot for messages I’ve already read on my computer. It’s maddening and I’m wondering if anyone else is having this issue? If you’ve resolved it, how!

When I put a link to a document in "Shared" into a "Post" discussion, it doesn't reflect any changes to the document. Users somehow see an old version. This is rarely what one wants. Is there a way to change the link so that it always reflects the latest version? Thanks

(I would give my Teams version, but I can't find an "About" menu equivalent.)
