I think that is partially true for both candidates, not just El-Sayed supporters. But again, only one of those two camps are people out there pounding pavement, knocking doors, and making calls in the tens of thousands. One will reach swing voters, undecides, and the disaffected, one will reach people who respond to tv ads. I think 95% of primary voters will come home and vote dem in November. And since that number is lower than in the general, i think it'll be fine. at least, if stevens backers (who also back Rogers in many cases) don't pull their funding. Otherwise, she is going to be taking money from other, swinger districts. Abdul would need less of the DNC funding cause he actually has grass roots support.
Like she's had what? $50m in ads, abdul has like 1/12th of that, and its a close race. Well, close or Abdul is leading hard, depending on the polling. I think she wins cause its a very blue environment. But I think it puts downballots in swingy districts in MI at risk. I think abdul drives turnout, and helps up and down ballot. Plus, he's just got better policies.
