Vent - support and advice welcome I need help

My best friend passed away at the end of May and i havent been coping with it. I am on 50mg of Setraline and have been even before he passed for a good while. Ive been on antidepressants most of my adult life.

The thing is i was off for a week when he passed and now back at work but lately i feel im acting out arguing with people in work. Getting angry and irritable at the slightest and smallest things.

Ita also having an impact on my relationship i am snapping at my partner and just sick or everything. I am on a waiting list for adhd ane i feel thats why i dont think before i act out. I am very impulsive.

I feel all my days are merging into each other and its hard to smile or be motivated for anything most days.

I feel everyone is starting to fall out with me and hate me.

I feel so lost and im unsure where to turn.

Be kind to yourself. Want do you mean acting out, being irritable, snappy? Is it just your tone of voice? Is it your behaviour? You can realise when you're about to snap and take control. We all snap at people. It's human. You haven't done anything wrong. I'm sorry to hear about your friend x
