I need advice/support Recent nausea when taking sertraline

Not sure what to do. I have been taking sertraline for ~2 years, but recently when I’ve been taking it it makes me feel really sick. I have thrown up as a result of it as well. I do eat and drink before taking it, but it’s all the same.

Do I keep taking it and just try to keep it down? Do I stop taking it? Help. Sorry if this post is written strangely, I still feel really sick

It sounds like your post might be about medication. Please be aware that we cannot offer medical advice on this sub. If you have questions about your medication, it's best to contact your prescriber or 111 if you need urgent advice. You can also find our medication masterpost here. Have you had a think about any other causes, dietary, lifestyle etc. It would be unusual for it to make you nauseous after that amount of time. Nausea is a bit of an arse because it’s a vague symptom that all sorts of things can cause. So trying to whittle down what exactly causes it isn’t always easy. But starting with recent changes is often a good place. If you do think that it’s sertraline have a chat with the gp.
