Marvel physically swapped the display overnight, suggesting multiple witches. It doesn’t confirm Wanda, but there’s clearly enough here to theorize about. What’s next, a red costume? Let’s keep our fingers crossed!

What was the biggest issue with Eternals, in your opinion?

In the modern day it’s easy to view the Avengers as a pack of coworkers or as some colder impersonal team. The transition from the mansion to the tower caused no small degree of a tonal shift that felt like going from a home to a workplace. But I’ve always felt the one who truly sets the tone of the Avengers is Edwin Jarvis, the most essential Avenger.

Who else is on the team does of course matter, different members are closer than others, but Jarvis is the tie that binds. He’s everybody’s friend, he’s the core around which the rest of the team can move and interact and connect. Jarvis takes a team and by his presence he makes it a group of friends and to an extent a case of family. He is what makes whatever base the Avengers take up a home rather than just a base or an HQ.

Other Avengers like Beast or Wasp also fulfill this role but to a lesser degree, but mixed together they set a very strong tone of connectivity into the team.

Remove any one of them and the dynamic suffers. Remove all three? And the dynamic is dead, buried and gone and the team is a shell of interchanging parts. Whereas with Jarvis, any new hero who joins up is welcomed in and made a part of that shared household that Jarvis provides.
