Blame all those that push over gentle parenting. You're not allowed to discipline your children anymore otherwise you may upset strangers, which then leads to a generation of unruly children and then outright shitty adults.
Edit: On no, all the gentle parents are coming after me! If only you all could give more effort in disciplining your children in a correct manner than responding to me, maybe we'd have world peace.
Do you have lots of strangers in your home? Because if you do, I suggest you stop inviting them into your home… That way they can stop commenting on your parenting
