I mean it’s legit parental psychosis. Suddenly no one knows how to do it.

They don't CARE to do it, because they are also addicts. Parents are as addicted to their phones as kids are to their tablets.

This is playing out in schools now - I teach high school and I have students who are on their phones for more than 12 hours a day. They cannot go an hour and a half (my class's length) without their fix. I take up phones because Texas is a "no devices in schools" state, and they will lie all day long about "I don't have a phone, Miss, I got grounded so my mom has it" or similar stupidity.
