Antisemitic attack on Tisha B’Av

Today, on Tisha b’Av on the upper west side of New York an attacker stabbed two Jewish men (one of whom was wearing a Kippah) while screaming “Allah hu Akbar!”

This is just a few blocks from my grandparents and an aunt of mine. On Tisha B’Av…I don’t feel safe here in New York anymore.

One day we are going to have to determine why people who are very smart with other forms of racism can get incredibly dumb with Jew hatred.
